As soon as we tested it, the MacBook Air M2 shot to the top of our list of the best MacBooks, delivering record-breaking speed and vastly improved users’ quality of life over previous models. Thanks to the new M2 processor inside, the latest MacBook Air beat similarly priced competitors in our performance tests and handled our daily multitasking workload (which included a ton of apps and a ton of Chrome tabs) no problem.
